I recently purchased a used VW Grand California from The Car Company in Belfast and brought it back to the UK. Throughout the process, Charles provided excellent service and clear, responsive communication. The quality of the vehicles is outstanding, and I am very happy with my purchase. Highly recommended. I would like to highly recommend Charles and The Car Company, I recently purchased a BMW 440i and Charles was extremely helpful and communicative throughout the entire process. The car was extremely well prepared on collection day, and nothing was too much trouble for Charles. I would certainly have no hesitation is purchasing my next vehicle from The Car Company.

I’m extremely happy with my recent purchase. I highly recommend The Car Company NI. I text them late Friday evening and Charles and the team were nice enough to take time out of their weekend to prepare the car and get the deal done. I’ll be a customer for life.

Incredible service for a long distance client. I am based Warrington UK & enquired about an X1 in stock with the Car Company. I made 6/7 enquiries for similar specs of the same car at the same time to other dealerships. All enquiries were varied distances away from me, with all other vehicles being much more local to me. Once I’d spoken to Charles, I didn’t consider buying from anywhere else.... Read More

From start to finish, absolutely outstanding. I flew up to purchase the car and Charles was nothing but accommodating by collecting me from the airport, advising on ferries and holding the car a couple of weeks with a deposit. The listing was accurate and all the photos represented the car perfectly. Prior to flying up I was sent through all the service history and relevant information. Trust wort... Read More
